About Thiyagione

Thiyagione is a free, independent website that helps users in India estimate their electricity bills online. Our goal is to make it easy to understand roughly how much you might be charged for the electricity units you've consumed, before your official bill arrives.

We are starting with a calculator for Tamil Nadu (TNEB/TANGEDCO), and the site is built so calculators for other Indian states and electricity boards can be added over time.

What We Are Not

Thiyagione is not affiliated with TNEB, TANGEDCO, or any state or central government electricity board. We do not have access to your actual account, meter readings, or billing data. All figures are estimates based on configured tariff information.

Our Approach

• Keep calculators simple, fast, and free to use
• Separate tariff data from calculation logic so figures can be corrected easily
• Clearly mark any information that requires verification
• Build for mobile and desktop users alike
